Responsibilities

• Provide financial analysis and modeling to support business decisions and strategy.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards, both local and international.
• Lead financial audits and coordinate preparation of external audit materials.
• Develop, maintain, and monitor key performance metrics and financial indicators.
• Collaborate with department heads to support financial initiatives and achieve organizational goals.
• Identify opportunities for cost savings, process improvements, and financial efficiencies.
• Manage relationships with banks, auditors, and other financial service providers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field is required.
• At least 5 years of experience in a finance management role is essential.
• Proficiency in financial software and advanced spreadsheet skills are necessary.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills for stakeholder engagement.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities and experience managing a finance team.
