The Finance and Pricing Coordinator is a key role within the finance department, responsible for developing and implementing effective pricing strategies and managing financial operations. As a Finance and Pricing Coordinator, you will collaborate with various teams, including sales, marketing, and finance, to collect data, perform financial analyses, and develop pricing models. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement pricing strategies for products and services to maximize revenue.
  • Conduct financial analysis to support decision-making and strategic planning processes.

  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure cohesive pricing strategies.
  • Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and key stakeholders.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive pricing models and databases for effective analysis.
  • Analyze customer feedback to identify opportunities for price optimization.
  • Work with finance teams to ensure accurate financial records and controls.
  • Assist in budgeting processes by providing relevant pricing and financial data.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements in pricing activities.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives in financial and pricing processes.
  • Provide training and guidance to junior team members in finance and pricing.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field is required.
  • Minimum of three years of experience in finance or pricing coordination roles.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial modeling and analysis tools.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively convey complex financial information.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills to manage multiple projects.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, and financial analysis software.
