Job Description

The Finance Administrative Officer plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of financial and administrative processes within an organization. This position is responsible for managing and overseeing a wide range of financial tasks and administrative duties. The Finance Administrative Officer is essential in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of the company’s financial records. This role requires a detail-oriented professional who possesses excellent analytical skills and a deep understanding of financial principles. Additionally, the candidate will be expected to assist with budgeting, reporting, and auditing processes while maintaining strict confidentiality of sensitive financial information. The ideal candidate is not only adept at using financial software and tools but also able to communicate effectively with various departments to ensure the organization’s financial needs are met efficiently.


Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage day-to-day financial and administrative operations.
  • Prepare, record, and analyze financial transactions and documents.
  • Assist in the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts.
  • Ensure compliance with financial and accounting regulations and policies.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable processes efficiently and accurately.
  • Maintain and update financial records to ensure timely reporting and transparency.
  • Coordinate and assist with annual audits and financial reviews.
  • Support management in developing and implementing financial strategies.
  • Process financial transactions using appropriate financial software and tools.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and statements.
  • Liaise with internal and external auditors during audit sessions.
  • Provide administrative support to ensure efficient office operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field is required.
  • Minimum of three years of experience in financial and administrative roles.
  • Proficiency in using financial software and Microsoft Office Suite applications.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities under tight deadlines.
  • Solid understanding of financial regulations, accounting principles, and procedures.
  • Strong communication skills for effective collaboration across departments.
