Job Purpose

Successfully executes the installation, testing, repair, and maintenance of new and reworked TechnipFMC or other brands of equipment and tools, both onshore and offshore, under field conditions, including job preparation and delivery in international environments.

Job Description

  • Ensure all equipment, service tooling, backup, and spare parts are present on location, ready for use, and function-fit prior to starting each job.
  • Accurately prepare and submit field service reports, job logs, and all required documentation with necessary details including part and serial numbers, equipment types, and non-conformance reports (FNCRs).
  • Record and document critical information such as dimensions, weights, temperatures, pressures, and flow rates to support product testing, operation, and assembly reviews.
  • Maintain constant, high-level communication with internal and external stakeholders to ensure clarity on job procedures, parts requirements, and critical measurements. Proactively offer suggestions for safety and operational improvements.
  • Drive the “company provided Vehicle for service jobs” Service vehicle with full commitment to the internal / external driving rules, and accountability for any violation.
  • Execute National and International assigned service jobs as per TechnipFMC needs.
  • Provide sales support by ensuring the customer is fully informed of all aspects of the job.

Serve as a professional representative of TechnipFMC, handling customer complaints professionally and identifying opportunities for business improvement and customer success.

  • Complete all safety-related documentation and consistently promote and pursue safe work practices.
  • Uphold TechnipFMC Quality Management System requirements and enforce adherence to QHSE and the company code of ethics.
  • Complete Field Non-Conformance Reports (E-FNCR) and ensure all equipment and procedural defects are communicated back to the TFMC Service Coordinator.
  • Report daily to the Service Project Manager from a project execution perspective and escalate business-critical decisions related to operations, customer issues, or personnel matters. Support Management of Change (MOC) processes as needed.

Act as an ambassador for TechnipFMC, constantly striving to improve safety, knowledge, professionalism, and customer success while identifying opportunities for the company.

You Are Meant For This Job If

  • REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE/FORMAL EDUCATION:
  • High school diploma, Apprenticeship or equivalent technical diploma, bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of one or more of the following fields: electrical; subsea equipment; hydraulics equipment; mechanical equipment and tools; structural steel

Work experience can compensate for lack of formal Education.

  • REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
    • 1.5 to 3 years of direct surface pressure control related experience onshore and offshore environments
    • 3-6 years of Oil and Gas experience indirectly with wellhead or other highly technical services and products
    • Plus 3-5 Years Professional Work History in Lieu of advanced schooling


  • REQUIRED CERTIFICATE(S):
    • Safety Certifications including but not limited to: T-BOSIET, H2S, ADNOC Safety Inductions, CPR
    • TechnipFMC Service Skills Training
    • OGUK or equivalent medical screening


  • REQUIRED INTERPERSONAL SKILLS:
    • Proactive attitude
    • Ability to work in a team and in stressful fast paced environment.
    • Communication and listening skills with peers and supervisors.
    • Alignment with the TechnipFMC Core Values and Foundational Beleifs


  • REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS AND/OR PROBLEM-SOLVING SKILLS:
    • Ability to read and understand drawings.
    • Ability to use technical tools and instruments required to perform duties.
    • Read, write and speak English on a professional level. Arabic a plus
    • Safety and Quality Mindset
    • Advanced computer skills in MS Office, Job Ticketing platforms, and engineering tools
