This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Field Engineering Manager with a proven track record in overseeing and coordinating all on-site activities, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to quality and safety standards for a high-profile client.

The Key Objectives For This Role Are
- To lead and supervise field engineering teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget, manage budgets, develop teams through training and hiring, and ensure successful project execution and quality standards are met
- Strategic planning, problem-solving, and ensuring adherence to company policies and safety protocols in the field.
Responsibilities
- Manage, mentor, and provide guidance to a team of field engineers
- Plan and execute field engineering to ensure they are completed on time and within budget
- Allocate resources, which can include staffing, equipment, and budget
- Assign tasks, monitor progress, and conduct performance feedback
- Conduct site inspections and provide on-site technical guidance
- Implement quality control procedures and ensure work complies with standards and specifications
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that arise during projects
- Review and approve engineering designs, technical documentation, and project plans
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations
- Collaborate with various departments, such as project management, RF teams, and other infrastructure teams
- Communicate with clients, customers, and senior management on project status and technical matters
- Prepare and present project updates, reports, and findings
- Document construction activities, including logs, progress, and inspection reports
- Develop and manage project budgets, and control costs
- Develop and implement engineering strategies and initiatives to drive technical excellence

Expected
- Degree with a minimum of 20 years Oil and Gas industry experience
- Experience within an Oil and Gas EPC company is also highly desired and may be considered in lieu of capital project experience
- Must have excellent communications skills, both written and verbal, with a strong command of the English language.
- Must be qualified to obtain a CICPA and a UAE work visa
