Responsibilities

• Design and implement customized swimming training programs for various skill levels.
• Instruct swimmers in proper techniques to enhance swimming performance.
• Motivate and inspire swimmers to achieve personal and competitive goals.
• Ensure a safe and inclusive environment for all participants at all times.
• Monitor swimmers' progress and provide feedback for improvement regularly.
• Organize and lead swimming practice sessions and competitive meets.
• Collaborate with other coaches and staff to develop training objectives.
• Maintain swimming facilities and oversee the safety of swimming equipment.
• Engage with parents to discuss their children's progress and development.
• Stay informed about the latest swimming techniques and training methodologies.
• Coordinate swimming events and activities to promote the swimming program.
• Uphold the organization's values and standards in all coaching practices.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a swimming coach or a related role is mandatory.
• Strong background in competitive swimming and swim techniques required.
• Valid CPR and First Aid certifications are required for this role.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with swimmers and parents.
• Ability to develop training programs that are engaging and effective.
• Organizational skills to manage swim meets and practice sessions effectively.
• Passion for swimming and desire to motivate and mentor swimmers.
