Job Description

• Deliver high-quality IATA training programs to aviation aspirants and professionals.
• Develop and update course content, ensuring it meets current industry standards and the academys objectives.
• Conduct classroom and virtual sessions providing an effective and engaging learning experience to students.
• Facilitate discussions, workshops, webinars, and hands-on activities as appropriate to the subject matter.
• Assess student performance through exams and assignments and provide constructive feedback for motivation and improvement.
• Provide one-on-one or group assistance for students if required.
• Support students to pass IATA examinations and conduct revision classes and mock exams.
• Stay updated on the latest industry trends and regulations through ongoing research.
• Attend webinars, seminars and conferences to enhance knowledge.
• Foster a respectful and inclusive learning environment.
  
  

Requirements

• Must be a Certified IATA trainer.
• Airline experience is mandatory. Min 5 years in Managerial role
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. Master’s degree is an added value.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in the aviation industry in a managerial role.
• Ability to develop comprehensive and effective IATA training materials.
• Excellent communication and training delivery skills.
• Strong knowledge of IATA regulations, standards, and procedures.
• Proficiency in using various training tools and technologies for both in-person and virtual sessions.
• Ability to manage and motivate a multicultural group of students.
