As a Factory Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient and streamlined operation of manufacturing processes within our facility. Your leadership and management skills will be critical in supervising the work of a team of manufacturing staff, ensuring that production targets are met, and maintaining high standards of safety and quality. You will be responsible for coordinating daily operations, managing resources effectively, and resolving any operational issues that may arise. Responsibilities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, manufacturing, or a related field preferred.
• A minimum of five years of experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of production processes and operational efficiency in manufacturing.
• Proven ability to lead and manage team members effectively towards achieving goals.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
