Job Description

The F&B Executive plays a vital role in the food and beverage department, overseeing various aspects to ensure smooth operations and excellent service delivery. As a key contributor to the team, the F&B Executive is responsible for managing daily operations, coordinating with staff, and ensuring guest satisfaction. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement quality control procedures to maintain service standards.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations consistently.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to create innovative menu options.
  • Regularly assess and improve guest experiences and satisfaction levels.
  • Analyze customer feedback to make strategic improvements in service delivery.
  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting activities accurately.
  • Train and mentor staff to build a competent and service-oriented team.
  • Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of quality products.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in food and beverage management or a similar role.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients and staff.
  • In-depth understanding of food safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Proficiency in budgeting, financial analysis, and cost management practices.
