Job Description

The Food & Beverage Executive is a pivotal role in the hospitality industry, responsible for overseeing the daily operations related to food and beverage services. This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional dining experiences in a competitive and dynamic environment. The F&B Executive is tasked with managing a team of professionals, ensuring that service standards are met, and that cost-effective operations are maintained. The F&B Executive collaborates closely with kitchen and service staff to ensure that all guest expectations are exceeded through exemplary product offerings and customer service.


Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily operations of the food and beverage department efficiently.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to improve dining service standards.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations at all times.
  • Coordinate with kitchen staff to manage menu offerings and specials.
  • Recruit, train, and manage the performance of food and beverage staff.
  • Monitor and maintain inventory levels while controlling costs and minimizing waste.
  • Resolve customer complaints promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Foster a collaborative and positive workplace culture among all team members.
  • Prepare budgets and forecasts, and achieve financial objectives by optimizing revenue.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to promote food and beverage offerings effectively.
  • Analyze feedback and implement improvements to enhance guest dining experiences.
  • Organize events and coordinate with other departments to ensure service excellence.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience in a managerial role within the food and beverage industry.
  • Strong understanding of budgeting, financial analysis, and cost management.
  • Excellent leadership, team-building, and communication skills are essential.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations efficiently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and/or other relevant software applications.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
