Job Description

As an Export Customer Care Representative, you will be the cornerstone of our international customer relations, ensuring that client inquiries and issues related to the export process are effectively resolved. This role demands a highly organized individual with a keen eye for detail, and exceptional communication skills to manage and enhance the customer experience for our overseas clients. You will be responsible for liaising between various departments including sales, logistics, and finance to ensure that all processes align with the client's requirements. Your ability to navigate complex export documentation and build lasting relationships will be paramount in enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty in our growing global market.


Responsibilities

  • Address all customer inquiries related to export orders promptly and accurately.
  • Coordinate with logistics to ensure timely shipment and delivery of export orders.
  • Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions for reference and auditing.
  • Resolve complaints by investigating issues and proposing viable solutions swiftly.
  • Liaise with sales teams to understand and communicate customer needs and specifications.
  • Prepare and verify export documentation required for international shipments.
  • Provide customers with information about pricing, shipping, and delivery processes.
  • Follow up on customer interactions to ensure complete satisfaction and service excellence.
  • Develop and foster strong relationships with key clients for long-term collaboration.
  • Monitor and manage customer accounts, ensuring all updates are accurately recorded.
  • Update clients on the status of their export orders and any changes in scheduling.
  • Identify trends in customer interactions and report to management for process improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Relations, or related field.
  • A minimum of 2 years experience in customer service, preferably in exports.
  • Strong communication skills with proficiency in industry-specific terminology.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle international client interactions professionally and effectively.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and managing customer databases accurately.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail in processing export documentation.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and maintain cross-departmental cooperation.
