Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive learning and development strategies and programs.
• Collaborate with department heads to assess and identify training requirements and priorities.
• Design engaging and interactive training materials for diverse learning needs, levels, and styles.
• Deliver training sessions and workshops, both in-person and virtually, to different audiences.
• Evaluate the effectiveness and impact of training programs through feedback and analysis.
• Facilitate a culture of continuous learning and improvement across the organization.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of developments in learning technologies and methods.
• Manage the training calendar and ensure timely delivery of all training initiatives.
• Coordinate with external training providers to supplement internal resources when necessary.
• Track and report on training metrics to assess program success and areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with relevant legal and organizational requirements for training programs.
• Support the development of e-learning modules and manage the Learning Management System (LMS).

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, or related field is required.
• Minimum of three years of experience in a learning and development role.
• Proven ability to design, implement, and manage effective training programs.
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills to engage diverse audiences.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for this position.
• Experience with learning management systems and e-learning tools is advantageous.
• Strong analytical skills to assess the effectiveness of learning initiatives.
