Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective learning strategies and programs for employees.
  • Conduct needs assessments to identify gaps in employee knowledge and skills.
  • Design, plan, and execute training sessions for a diverse workforce.
  • Utilize multimedia and digital tools to enhance training delivery and engagement.
  • Collaborate with department heads to align training with business objectives.
  • Monitor and evaluate training programs to ensure effectiveness and ROI.
  • Provide coaching and support to staff to optimize performance and development.
  • Create and maintain records of training materials and activities for future reference.
  • Stay updated with industry trends to incorporate cutting-edge techniques into programs.
  • Manage budgets related to training programs and materials within the department.
  • Engage with external vendors to procure necessary resources for training events.
  • Deliver informative reports to senior management on training outcomes and impacts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Learning & Development role.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential for this position.
  • Demonstrated ability to design and implement effective training programs.
  • Proficient in utilizing digital learning tools and Learning Management Systems.
  • Proven track record of fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects.
