The Executive - Digital Marketing 20J25 is a pivotal role within our organization, dedicated to managing and optimizing our digital marketing initiatives to meet strategic business goals. This position requires a dynamic and forward-thinking individual who can seamlessly integrate digital marketing strategies with our corporate objectives. The candidate will actively engage in planning, executing, and analyzing digital marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness, drive web traffic, and increase customer engagement. As an Executive in this field, you will have the opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Content Creation, and Product Development, to ensure cohesive marketing efforts. You will also be responsible for staying ahead of digital trends, technologies, and methodologies to keep our strategies and practices current and competitive. Your ability to leverage analytics and insights to inform business decisions will be crucial in effectively managing and scaling our digital footprint.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies for brand growth.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to create unified online marketing activities.
  • Analyze and report on digital media performance and campaign effectiveness.

  • Oversee budget allocation and financial efficiency for all digital marketing activities.
  • Collaborate with creative team to design and execute compelling marketing materials.
  • Develop and manage email marketing campaigns targeting specific customer segments.
  • Evaluate competitor digital marketing strategies to maintain market competitiveness.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field is required.
  • Proven experience in a digital marketing role of 2-3 years or more.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, and social media marketing practices.
  • Proficiency in using analytics tools such as Google Analytics and AdWords.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and content management systems is beneficial.
