Key responsibilities for this Executive Assistant:

  • Be the right hand to a driven and visionary MD, expertly managing a busy diary across multiple time zones, coordinating meetings, and preparing essential documents.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and internal teams, ensuring every day runs seamlessly for your executive.
  • Take charge of complex travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, visas, and expenses, making sure every detail is covered.
  • Support the Investor Relations team in London with a variety of administrative tasks, gaining exposure to the fast-paced world of investor relations.


What background and experience are the company looking for?

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant within private equity or a similar sector, ideally with some exposure to investor relations.
  • Currently based in Abu Dhabi, with a deep understanding of local cultural sensitivities and business practices.
  • An excellent communicator who thrives working independently, is diligent, proactive, and excited to make a real impact.
