Job Description

As an Executive Assistant who is fluent in German, you will play a crucial role in supporting senior executives and ensuring the smooth operation of their day-to-day activities. Your responsibilities will include managing complex calendars, making travel arrangements, coordinating meetings and events, and handling sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills in both German and English, excellent organizational abilities, and the ability to multitask effectively. A proactive approach to problem-solving and a high level of attention to detail are essential in this fast-paced and dynamic work environment.   • Provide high-level administrative support to senior executives, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.
  • Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders, communicating effectively in both German and English.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Prepare and/or edit reports, presentations, and correspondence in German and English.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries for executive team members.
  • Assist with project management tasks, including tracking deadlines, updating project status reports, and coordinating team meetings.
  • Conduct research and compile data to support executive decision-making processes.
  • Manage and prioritize incoming communications, including emails and phone calls, on behalf of executives.
  • Assist in organizing company events, conferences, and other corporate functions.
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned by executives to support the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the team.


  • Fluent in German language (C1 level or higher).
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
