The Estimator and Cost Controller role requires a meticulous and detail-oriented professional responsible for creating and managing accurate cost estimates and financial forecasts for projects. Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in cost estimating and control, preferably in relevant industries.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with cost estimation software and tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, for financial analysis and reporting.
• Certification such as AACE's Certified Cost Professional (CCP) is advantageous.
