Job Summary

Shape the future of supply chain efficiency as an ERP Oracle Fusion Supply Chain Senior Manager, where your expertise drives seamless digital transformation across procurement, inventory, and logistics. You’ll lead end-to-end Oracle Fusion implementations—from fit-gap analysis and configuration to data migration and go-live support—while optimizing procurement-to-pay and inventory processes for scalability and cost control. With a track record of 10+ years in Oracle Fusion SCM, including hands-on production support, integrations, and stakeholder collaboration, you’ll ensure 95% SLA compliance, mentor cross-functional teams, and act as a strategic advisor to business leaders. Bring deep technical skills in Oracle Fusion modules, BI reporting, and master data governance alongside strong project delivery and process standardization experience. In this role, you’ll not only elevate operational excellence but also build a sustainable SCM foundation that aligns technology with business growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation of Oracle Fusion Procurement and Inventory modules including Purchasing, iSupplier Portal, Supplier Qualification, Sourcing, Inventory Management, Receiving, Put Away, Sub-Inventory, Cycle Counting
• Conduct fit–gap analysis, solution design, configuration, and functional setups
• Drive data migration, UAT, cutover planning, and go-live support
• Own functional enhancements to improve procurement efficiency, inventory accuracy, and cost control
• Implement process standardization and automation across Procure-to-Pay and Inventory flows
• Partner with business users to translate requirements into scalable Fusion solutions
• Leverage Oracle Fusion best practices to optimize configurations and reduce customizations
• Provide hands-on production support for Oracle Fusion Procurement and Inventory modules
• Ensure ≥ 95% SLA compliance for incidents, service requests, and problem management
• Perform root cause analysis and permanent fixes for recurring functional issues
• Support period close activities, inventory reconciliation, and procurement audits
• Manage integrations with Finance (AP, GL, Costing), Warehouse systems, and third-party tools
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, audit, and procurement policies
• Support supplier onboarding, catalog management, and pricing accuracy
• Act as a trusted advisor to Procurement, Stores, Finance, and Operations teams
• Lead and mentor functional consultants and internal support teams
• Manage system integrators and vendors to deliver enhancements within scope and timelines
  
  

• Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience in Oracle ERP / Oracle Fusion SCM, covering implementation, enhancements, and production support
• Masters/ Bachelor’s degree in Business administration or computer science or a related field
• Proven track record of leading multiple end-to-end Oracle Fusion implementations and post–go-live support engagements
• Experience working in complex, multi-entity and multi-country environments
