About The Role
As the ERP Supply Chain Senior Manager, you will lead and optimize Oracle Fusion Supply Chain Management (SCM) applications to drive business operations and strategic growth. This pivotal role ensures system stability, continuous improvement, and successful delivery of SCM initiatives across Procurement, Inventory, Manufacturing, Order Management, Logistics, and Costing. You will act as a strategic partner to business stakeholders, spearheading digital transformation, process standardization, and operational efficiency while ensuring compliance, scalability, and high user adoption. Serving as a Product Owner, Product Manager, and/or Project Manager, you will oversee all Fusion ERP Supply Chain implementation, support, and enhancement requests, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
What Youll Do
Implementation & Transformation
- Lead end-to-end implementation of Oracle Fusion Procurement and Inventory modules, including Purchasing, iSupplier Portal, Supplier Qualification, Sourcing, and Inventory Management.
- Conduct comprehensive fit-gap analysis, solution design, and functional configuration to align with business requirements.
- Drive data migration, user acceptance testing (UAT), cutover planning, and post-go-live support to ensure seamless system adoption.
Enhancements & Continuous Improvement
- Own functional enhancements to elevate procurement efficiency, inventory accuracy, and cost control through process standardization and automation.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable Oracle Fusion solutions, leveraging best practices to minimize customizations.
- Optimize configurations and workflows to enhance end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Inventory-to-Costing processes.
Application Support & Operations
- Provide hands-on production support for Oracle Fusion Procurement and Inventory modules, ensuring ≥95% SLA compliance for incidents and service requests.
- Perform root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes for recurring functional issues to maintain system stability.
- Support period-end close activities, inventory reconciliation, and procurement audits to ensure data integrity and compliance.
Integration & Controls
- Manage integrations with Finance (AP, GL, Costing), Warehouse systems, and third-party tools to ensure seamless data flow.
- Ensure adherence to internal controls, audit requirements, and procurement policies across all SCM processes.
- Facilitate supplier onboarding, catalog management, and pricing accuracy to optimize procurement operations.
Stakeholder & Team Leadership
- Serve as a trusted advisor to Procurement, Stores, Finance, and Operations teams, aligning SCM strategies with business objectives.
- Lead and mentor functional consultants and internal support teams to build and sustain SCM expertise.
- Oversee system integrators and vendors to deliver enhancements within scope, timelines, and quality standards.
What Were Looking For
Essential
- Masters/Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Oracle Fusion Procurement certification.
- Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience in Oracle ERP/Oracle Fusion SCM, covering implementation, enhancements, and production support.
- Extensive experience in Oracle Fusion Procurement/Inventory Modules: Purchasing (SPR/PO), Supplier Model, Sourcing, Supplier Portal, Supplier Life Cycle Management, Procurement Contracts, Inventory, Receipt Accounting, and Cost Management.
- Proven track record of leading end-to-end Oracle Fusion implementations and post-go-live support engagements.
- Deep functional expertise in Oracle Fusion Supply Chain modules, including Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Inventory-to-Costing business processes.
- Strong understanding of SCM integrations with Finance (AP, GL, Costing) and warehouse/third-party systems.
- Knowledge of internal controls, audit, and compliance within procurement and inventory processes.
- Hands-on experience in functional configuration, setups, and solution design in Oracle Fusion.
- Strong experience in fit-gap analysis, requirement gathering, UAT, cutover planning, and go-live support.
- Ability to manage production support operations, ensuring SLA adherence and system stability.
- Expertise in root cause analysis and driving permanent solutions for recurring issues.
- Experience supporting month-end and year-end close activities related to inventory and procurement.
- Knowledge of Oracle Fusion security roles, approvals, and data access.
- Experience with data migration, reconciliation, and master data governance.
- Working knowledge of OTBI/BI Publisher reports for procurement and inventory analytics.
- Exposure to Oracle Fusion integrations, REST/SOAP services, and third-party tools.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills to engage Procurement, Stores, Finance, and Operations leadership.
- Ability to translate business requirements into scalable ERP solutions.
- Proven capability to manage system integrators, vendors, and offshore/onshore teams.
- Strong mentoring and leadership skills to build and sustain internal SCM support capability.
- Ability to manage multiple parallel projects and enhancements with competing priorities.
- Strong ownership for delivery timelines, quality, and scope management.
- Experience driving process standardization and continuous improvement initiatives.

- Depth knowledge in BPM workflow Approval Engine (Approvals, workflows, DOA).

- Working experience in Oracle Redwood screens.
- Fair knowledge in Oracle Fusion Finance Cloud.
- Knowledge in Apps Tools like SQL Developer, Data Loader, and Web ADI.
Desirable
- ITIL certification.
- PMP/Prince2 certification.
- 8+ years of implementation and support experience.
- Experience working in complex, multi-entity and multi-country environments.
