Job Description
Own and govern enterprise-wide KPI frameworks and reporting
Ensure consistency, quality, and maturity of performance practices
Align internal KPIs with externally mandated performance measures
Elevate executive-level dashboards and performance narratives
Address data quality, automation, and reporting discipline gaps
Engage senior leadership on performance outcomes and accountability
Provide oversight to enterprise delivery and governance functions
The Successful Applicant
Senior leadership experience at Director / equivalent level
Proven ownership of enterprise performance management in complex environments
Deep expertise in KPI design, governance, and executive reporting
Credibility influencing senior leadership using data-driven insight
Experience building structure in ambiguous or underdeveloped settings
Strong coaching mindset with focus on developing national capability
