Job Description

The Enterprise Account Manager position is a critical role within our organization, focusing on maintaining and growing relationships with key enterprise clients. The individual in this position will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, and developing strategies to expand accounts, and increasing revenue from our existing client base. As an Enterprise Account Manager, you will act as the point of contact for assigned enterprise clients, addressing any issues or concerns and providing superior customer service. You will collaborate with various internal teams to ensure that client requirements are being met, deliver solutions that align with client needs, and drive a high level of client engagement. Your primary goal will be to understand the intricate needs of your clients, delivering personalized solutions that contribute to their success and cementing long-term relationships.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned enterprise clients.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to communicate needs.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell within existing client accounts.
  • Analyze client data to drive strategy and business development efforts.
  • Ensure overall client satisfaction through excellent customer service practices.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to deliver client-specific solutions and services.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on account status to senior management.
  • Address and resolve any issues or concerns promptly with effective solutions.
  • Negotiate contract terms and conditions to meet both client and company goals.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitive offerings to better serve clients.
  • Manage client accounts to achieve individual and team revenue targets.
  • Develop and implement strategic account management plans tailored to each client.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field required.
  • Proven experience as an account manager, preferably in an enterprise environment.
  • Strong understanding of sales and account management best practices.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret complex client data for strategic planning.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite is required.
