Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Network Engineer with solid experience in supporting, configuring, and maintaining enterprise network infrastructures. This role will focus on the deployment, operation, and maintenance of our network products, working closely with the Engineering team to support product validation and ensure readiness for client use.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Engineering team to execute QA cycles and support UAT activities for our network products.
• Provide ongoing support to our clients, including around-the-clock availability as part of a 24/7 support model.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot routers, switches, firewalls, and related networking equipment.
• Implement product-specific network security measures and maintain compliance with standards.
• Support upgrades, patching, and ongoing maintenance activities.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation of product deployments, QA/UAT results, incidents, and support activities.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and knowledge sharing.
  
  

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in enterprise network operations or support.
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, VLANs, routing protocols (OSPF, BGP, EIGRP), and switching.
• Experience with firewall administration, VPN technologies, and secure networking practices.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools and troubleshooting methodologies.
• Relevant certifications (CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent).
• Experience in multi-vendor environments (Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet, etc.).
• Prior exposure to QA/UAT support in networking or product validation.
