Job Description

Bachelor/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
Execute HVAC and LSP works at site as per approved shop drawings and specifications.
Ensure proper installation, testing, and commissioning in compliance with project standards and local authority regulations.

HVAC Execution Of

Chilled water piping (CHW supply & return)
Refrigerant piping (DX / VRF systems)
GI / PI ducting systems
AHUs, FCUs, VRF outdoor & indoor units
Ventilation & exhaust systems
Ensure proper supports, vibration isolators, insulation, and alignment.
Verify installation of dampers, VCDs, FSDs, diffusers, grilles, and louvers.
Coordinate equipment positioning with civil and electrical teams.
Conduct duct leakage testing.
Supervise pressure testing and flushing of CHW piping.
Monitor air balancing and water balancing.
Assist in HVAC startup and performance testing.

LSP Execution Of

Domestic cold & hot water piping
Drainage & soil/waste piping
Storm water piping
Water heaters and transfer pumps
Sanitary fixtures installation
Ensure proper slope, alignment, supports, and insulation.
