Job Description

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Engineer – Data Center to join our team!

The Engineer supports the Project Manager and Technical Leads in delivering design review, PMC, and construction supervision services, ensuring technical quality and compliance throughout the project lifecycle.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Assist in reviewing design submissions, drawings, and technical documents.
• Support site supervision, inspections, and snagging activities.
• Monitor contractor compliance with approved designs and specifications.
• Assist in preparation of technical reports, site observation reports, and progress updates.
• Track technical queries, RFIs, and non-conformances.
• Support coordination between disciplines and stakeholders.
  
  
  

What Required Skills You’ll Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or related discipline).
• 5–10 years experience in construction supervision or PMC roles.
• Exposure to data center or mission-critical projects preferred.
• Good technical reporting and coordination skills.
  
  
  

What Desired Skills You’ll Bring

• Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Deep technical knowledge in MEP coordination.
• Ability to lead site teams under fast-track conditions.
• Proficiency in report writing and project documentation.
