Description

UAE (ABU DHABI ) – REQUIRED FOR REPUTED COMPANY

ARCHITECTURAL ENGINEER - 10 NOS

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure all architectural work complies with local building codes, zoning regulations, accessibility standards, and sustainability guidelines.
• Coordinate closely with structural, MEP, civil, and interior design teams to ensure integrated and cohesive project execution.
• Supervise and mentor junior architects and CAD/Revit technicians to maintain quality and consistency in shop drawings.
• Oversee material selection, architectural finishes, and specification processes.
• Manage shop drawing schedules, deliverables, and coordination with external consultants and contractors.
• Review and submit architectural shop drawings to consultants and provide timely responses to RFIs and site queries.
• Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and verify compliance with approved designs and shop drawings.
• Provide leadership in design innovation, sustainability, and architectural best practices.
• Support project proposals, design presentations, and client meetings through technical and visual documentation.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
• Registered Architect or equivalent professional accreditation preferred.
• 8–10 years of architectural experience within the construction industry.
• Proven portfolio of completed projects showcasing design excellence and technical proficiency.
• Skilled in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, and Adobe Suite.
• Strong knowledge of local and international building codes, standards, and sustainable design principles.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination abilities.
• Capable of managing multiple projects efficiently and working effectively under pressure.
