Job Description

The Engineer/Acceptance & Quality Control will play a vital role in supervising telecom activities and ensuring the highest quality standards for e& Mobile network coverage. This role is responsible for overseeing contractors on-site and through automated tools, implementing projects according to the ISO procedure, and enhancing mobile coverage for all technologies.

Responsibilities

• Prepare Project implementation plan of circulated Master Plans along with his Supervisor.
• Co-implementer of project masterplans
• Interfaces with stakeholders (PMO/DM/PLG/...etc.) for project preparations, implementation, progress update and closure.
• Ensure KPIs are met for all aspect of project lifecycle.
• Technical Tickets and Alarms Handling with all other Teams / Sections (PLG, MNP, UNOC, UFOC, PB, …etc.).
• ZTE, Ericsson, Nokia or Huawei Vendors Experience is a must to Handel all kind of Plans that assigned to the Region.
• Handles Activities for telecom and Civil beside co-handles and follow up activities.
• Supports contractors in providing resolutions and mitigations to issues related to PIP.
• Supports team in other technical and administrative functions.
• Assure to follow ISO Procedure where e& is certified.
  
  

• B.Sc. Of Electrical Communication & Electronics
• Strong knowledge of mobile network technologies (2G, 3G, 4G, 5G) and their implementation.
• Familiarity with ISO procedures and quality control standards in the telecom industry.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively manage contractors and teams.
• Ability to work independently and make informed decisions regarding project quality.
• Proficiency in using automated tools for project management and quality control.
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills to identify and resolve quality issues.
• Willingness to travel for site visits and inspections as required.
• Fluency in English and Arabic (both written and spoken) is preferred.
