As part of our Power Consulting team, you will work with leading utilities, transmission and distribution operators, power generators, retailers, and industrial customers to solve complex energy challenges. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to high-impact projects focused on grid modernization, renewable integration, electrification, hydrogen, energy storage, and sustainability while collaborating with industry experts in a global environment.

How you will make an impact

  • Lead and deliver consulting projects focused on power system studies and strategic advisory services for customers across the electricity sector.
  • Support customers in improving operational efficiency and addressing technical, regulatory, economic, and sustainability challenges.
  • Assess the impact of renewable energy integration, energy storage, hydrogen, e-mobility, and other emerging technologies on electrical networks.
  • Develop technical analyses and recommendations using industry standards, methodologies, and advanced simulation tools.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships while supporting business development, proposal preparation, and sales activities.
  • Manage project execution, including planning, scheduling, financial performance, risk management, and customer satisfaction.
  • Drive innovation through the development of new methodologies, tools, and processes, while sharing knowledge and mentoring colleagues.

Your background

  • Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems Engineering, or a related field; advanced degrees are an advantage.
  • More than 8 years of experience in power system studies, consulting, or related technical roles within the electricity sector.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical power systems, electricity markets, grid infrastructure, and utility operations.
  • Proven experience with power system modeling, simulation, and analysis using tools such as PSS®E, DIgSILENT PowerFactory, ETAP, PSCAD, EMTP, or RTDS.
  • Experience in areas such as transmission, renewable energy, offshore wind, hydrogen, industrial electrification, sustainability, BESS, FACTS, HVDC, e-mobility, or grid code compliance.
  • Ability to translate complex technical analyses into practical recommendations and customer-focused solutions.
  • Experience with programming and model development using Python, Fortran, DSL, NPL, or similar languages is highly valued.
  • Knowledge of digital technologies, including AI, data analytics, databases, and automation solutions, is considered an advantage.
