The Food & Beverage team at Rosewood Abu Dhabi is committed to delivering exceptional service not only to our guests but also to our associates. The Employee Dining Room plays a vital role in supporting the daily experience of our colleagues by providing a welcoming, well-maintained, and comfortable space.

As an Employee Dining Room Attendant, you will work closely with the In-Room Dining and F&B teams to ensure smooth operations and a positive dining experience for all employees.

As an Employee Dining Room Attendant, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of food service, cleanliness, and organization within the employee dining area.

You will support daily operations by preparing service areas, assisting employees with their needs, and ensuring a clean and welcoming environment. Your role contributes directly to the wellbeing and satisfaction of colleagues across the hotel.

• Prepare and maintain the dining room, ensuring cleanliness and readiness for each service period
• Support food service by setting up displays and assisting with menu item presentation
• Engage with employees in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a positive experience
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of all service areas, equipment, and supplies
• Monitor stock levels and assist with replenishment and inventory control
• Assist with opening and closing duties to ensure smooth daily operations
  

• You have a passion for hospitality and delivering excellent service
• You are detail-oriented and able to maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization
• You are proactive, reliable, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
• You demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills
• You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• You are fluent in English
