Programme Overview

Our 12-month Emirati Graduate Programme is designed to equip young engineers with real-world experience, technical knowledge, and professional mentorship. You’ll gain exposure to some of the most transformative energy projects in the UAE and work alongside industry experts.

During The Training, You Will

• Learn the fundamentals of engineering and design practices
• Gain familiarity with international codes and standards
• Understand all stages of project design — from concept to detailed design
• Prepare non-critical engineering design documents

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation & control or Process)
• Eagerness to learn and grow in a professional engineering environment
• Strong teamwork, analytical, and problem-solving skills
