Electricity Technician

Job Description

Under general supervision, the Electrician performs installation, maintenance, inspection, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical systems, equipment, and fixtures. The role includes carrying out preventive and corrective maintenance, ensuring the functionality of emergency electrical systems, and coordinating with supervisors and team members to complete tasks efficiently. The Electrician also ensures compliance with safety regulations and maintains proper service and maintenance records.

Minimum Qualification

High School or above Trade Certificate in Electrical or relevant field

Preferred Qualification

Health and Safety Certification Additional specialized electrical training courses

Expected Skills

Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar field Minimum 3 years of Gulf experience Strong knowledge of electrical systems, tools, and safety procedures Ability to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electrical equipment Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces Physically fit with good teamwork skills Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Basic knowledge of scaffolding and site safety practices Experience in plumbing and sanitary works is an added advantage UAE Driving License (LMV) is mandatory
