We are in search of a skilled and dedicated Electrician to join our growing team. As an Electrician, your main responsibility will be the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems and equipment within our various projects. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with a solid understanding of electrical systems, blueprints, and safety codes. You will work collaboratively with other team members to ensure that all electrical systems are installed and functioning properly, offering support in troubleshooting and problem-solving. Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential and commercial settings.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams accurately.
• Ensure compliance with all local and national electrical codes and safety standards.
• Inspect electrical components, such as transformers and circuit breakers, for proper functionality.
• Conduct performance testing using specialized equipment to diagnose issues effectively.
• Collaborate with engineers and other team members to complete complex projects successfully.
• Maintain a detailed log of all maintenance and repair work performed on site.
• Provide accurate estimates for project costs and timelines to team leads and clients.
• Offer technical guidance and training to junior electricians and apprentices when necessary.
• Verify stability and safety of electrical systems before departure from any job site.
• Avail oneself for on-call duties and emergency response as required by the team.
• Stay updated with latest electrical technology advancements and best practices in the industry.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent is required; vocational training preferred.
• Valid electrician license in the state where practicing is mandatory.
• Minimum of three years of experience working as an electrician needed.
• Proficient knowledge of national electrical codes and in-depth safety practices.
• Ability to work independently or in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential.
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
• Physical ability to perform manual work, including lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Proven ability to use tools and equipment specific to the electrician trade.
• Willingness to continue professional development with ongoing training.
