Electrical Supervisor Infrastructure

Role Purpose

To supervise and manage all electrical installation activities on assigned areas of Innovo Infrastructure projects, ensuring execution is aligned with drawings, schedule, and quality requirements.

• Site Supervision
  • Supervise electrical foremen and site teams; manage daily work allocation across assigned areas.
  • Monitor installation quality and ensure compliance with approved method statements.
• Inspection Management
  • Prepare inspection request documentation and coordinate with authority inspectors.
  • Close out inspection punch items within agreed timelines.
• Resource Planning
  • Plan manpower, material, and equipment requirements for assigned electrical work areas.
  • Coordinate with Stores and Procurement to avoid material shortages affecting progress.
• Programme Compliance
  • Monitor electrical installation progress against the project programme; flag delays early.
  • Coordinate work sequencing with other disciplines to avoid conflicts on site.
• Subcontractor Coordination
  • Supervise electrical subcontractor crews where engaged; verify compliance with method statements.
  • Review subcontractor daily reports and progress claims for accuracy.
• Innovation & Value Creation
  • Introduce modern tools, technologies and processes that improve efficiency and transparency.
  • Encourage innovative thinking to enhance outcomes and reduce costs without compromising quality.

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering
• Minimum 7–10 years of electrical infrastructure site experience, with 3+ years in a supervisory role
• Knowledge of DEWA/SEWA/ADDC inspection requirements
