Job Description

Job Title: Electrical Inspector – HV/MV

Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

Project Type: Large-Scale Thermal Power Plant Project

Mobilization: June 2026

Employment Type: Full-time / Project-Based

The Electrical Inspector will inspect high-voltage and medium-voltage electrical installation works on site and ensure compliance with approved design, specifications, and quality requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect HV/MV installation activities and related site works
• Verify compliance with approved drawings, technical requirements, and procedures
• Witness testing, inspection, and installation checks
• Report quality issues, deviations, and non-conformities
• Coordinate with electrical engineers and contractor site teams
• Maintain inspection records and support site reporting
• Ensure compliance with HSE and QA/QC procedures
  
  

• Diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
• Minimum 7 years of relevant site inspection experience
• Strong exposure to HV/MV systems in thermal power plant or industrial projects
• Good understanding of electrical installation practices and inspection protocols
  
  

• GCC experience
• Familiarity with substations, switchgear, transformers, and cable systems
