Responsibilities

• Design and develop electrical systems used in various applications and projects.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure electrical engineering requirements are met.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to evaluate project progress and compliance.
• Ensure that electrical systems adhere to state and federal regulations and standards.
• Prepare technical drawings, specifications, and documentation of electrical systems.
• Analyze electrical problems and provide solutions to enhance system efficiency.
• Supervise the installation of electrical systems and machinery on site.
• Test electrical equipment and systems for performance and safety standards adherence.
• Coordinate with suppliers to acquire necessary components and materials for projects.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide guidance on project execution processes.
• Monitor project budgets and timelines ensuring projects stay on track.
• Prepare detailed project reports and present findings to management and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field is required.
• At least 3-5 years of experience in an electrical engineering role.
• Proficiency in using computer-aided design (CAD) software for technical drawings.
• Strong knowledge of electrical codes, standards, and regulations is essential.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
• Effective communication skills to interact with team members and stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven experience with testing and evaluating electrical systems and equipment.
• Possession of a Professional Engineer (PE) license will be an added advantage.
• Willingness to travel for site visits and project assessments as necessary.
