Electrical Coordinator Sr

The Senior Electrical Coordinator oversees all electrical works to ensure proper planning, coordination, and execution in line with project specifications, schedules, and quality standards. The role involves close coordination with consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams to resolve technical issues, support installation and commissioning activities, and ensure seamless integration of electrical systems, including power distribution, lighting, low current, and fire alarm systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  Review electrical drawings, specifications, and resolve technical issues.

  Coordinate between project stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of electrical works.

  
  


• 
  

  Monitor progress of electrical installations and subcontractor activities.

  
  


• 
  

  Review shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements related to electrical systems.

  
  


• 
  

  Identify and resolve design discrepancies, clashes, or conflicts with other disciplines.

  
  


• 
  

  Support site teams during installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems.

  
  


• 
  

  Ensure adherence to project timelines, quality, and safety standards.

  
  


• 
  

  Liaise with procurement for timely delivery of electrical materials and equipment.

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain accurate documentation and provide regular progress updates to project management.

  
  

Required Qualifications & Competencies:

• 
  

  Degree in Electrical Engineering.

  
  


• 
  

  10+ years of experience in electrical works for large building projects, preferably hotel project.

  
  


• 
  

  Strong knowledge of electrical systems, including power distribution, lighting, low current, and fire alarm systems.

  
  


• 
  

  Excellent coordination, communication, and leadership skills.

  
  


• 
  

  Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, and electrical design or project management software.
