Electrical and Plumbing Technician

 Electrical Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems (wiring, lighting, sockets, breakers)
• Troubleshoot electrical faults and power failures
• Perform routine inspections of electrical equipment
• Replace damaged components like switches, fuses, and circuit breakers
• Ensure all electrical work follows safety standards and regulations
• Read and interpret electrical drawings and schematics
• Assist in installing generators, panels, and control systems

Plumbing Responsibilities:

• Install and repair pipes, fixtures, and fittings (toilets, sinks, showers)
• Fix leaks, blockages, and drainage issues
• Maintain water supply and sewage systems
• Inspect plumbing systems for faults or wear
• Replace damaged pipes, valves, and pumps
• Ensure proper water pressure and flow
• Read and interpret plumbing layouts and blueprints

 General / Combined Duties:

• Perform preventive maintenance for both electrical and plumbing systems
• Respond to emergency repair requests
• Keep records of maintenance and repairs
• Follow health and safety procedures at all times
• Coordinate with other technicians or departments
• Ensure tools and equipment are in good condition

Skills Required:

• Basic knowledge of electrical and plumbing systems
• Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to read technical drawings
• Physical stamina and manual dexterity
• Knowledge of safety standards (very important in UAE workplaces)

Requirements:

- Technical Skill Certificate required or Experience certificate of related job required

- 4 Years minimum Gulf experience
