Job Description

Key Responsibilities

·       Manage the planning, coordination, and oversee the day-to-day E&I construction management of the given Projects

·       Adhere to Company Safety and Quality Standards and promote a safety culture among the ranks throughout the

·       To plan, develop, and organize the construction effort to formulate the most cost-effective plan for timely completion within budget and to implement the execution of that plan.

·       Define clear roles & and responsibilities and deliverable requirements in terms of both scope and schedule to all the team members.

·       Review man-hours and duration forecasts to completion for construction and installation durations and resource requirements.

·       Ensures all changes to specifications, work scope, and drawings are documented and variation notifications are issued on time as per Contract terms and conditions

·       Ensure efficient and effective planning of products, materials and services delivered by vendors, subcontractors

·       Coordinate communication between Client, Vendors, subcontractors and Company’s different teams for effective execution of project construction activities.

·       Ensure that any subcontractors’ and own team are complying with all administrative processes: timesheet adherence, Activity Reporting, overtime, and travel time control

·       Put in place a relevant management system to ensure perfect collaboration and team collective dynamic

·       Assess competency gaps and manage training needs of own team but also technicians employed by Subcontractors and Partners,

·       Monitor and report to the Project Manager of project details, including progress, risks, and opportunities in a timely

·       Any other ad-hoc duties as required by the company management.


Education & Qualifications

·       University Degree in Electrical / Instrumentation or Similar Degree. 

·       Fluency in Spoken and Written English

·       Should be well experienced in use of MS office and power point presentation

·       Good technical knowledge and experience in using E&I Project Planning Tools, Reporting Packages, Testing equipment etc
