Job Description

As an E-commerce Product Manager, you will spearhead the development, management, and optimization of product portfolios across our online platforms. You will be responsible for understanding market trends, customer needs, and business requirements to drive product innovation and excellence. Your expertise will be crucial in shaping our e-commerce strategy, ensuring that our online offerings not only meet but exceed customer expectations. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and technical departments, to create seamless, engaging, and effective product experiences. Your role is integral to making data-driven decisions that enhance our product lineup, optimize user experience, and ultimately boost the company’s e-commerce growth and profitability.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute product strategies that align with company e-commerce goals.
  • Lead market research to identify trends, customer behaviors, and competitive landscapes.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment on product development and launch plans.
  • Manage the entire product lifecycle from concept to end-of-life across platforms.
  • Analyze product performance data to inform future product development decisions.
  • Work closely with UX/UI teams to enhance user experience on all e-commerce platforms.
  • Oversee product listings and ensure accuracy of product information on websites.
  • Develop pricing strategies that maximize profitability while remaining competitive.
  • Coordinate with marketing teams to craft and execute effective go-to-market strategies.
  • Ensure product availability and manage inventory levels in collaboration with supply chain teams.
  • Monitor customer feedback and reviews to drive continuous product improvements.
  • Report on key performance metrics and present findings to stakeholders regularly.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field required.
  • Proven experience in product management, particularly within an e-commerce environment.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex market data deeply.
  • Excellent project management skills with attention to detail and deadlines.
  • Outstanding communication skills to collaborate with diverse cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with e-commerce platforms and digital marketing tools is essential.
  • Capability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic, and competitive digital environment.
