We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Draughtsman to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate and detailed technical drawings from sketches and specifications.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other team members on project requirements.
• Review design briefs and plan projects accordingly to deadlines and budget constraints.
• Ensure all drafts are compliant with relevant codes, standards, and procedures.
• Update and modify existing drawings to incorporate new design elements or changes.
• Maintain project documentation, including drawings and related technical data.
• Coordinate with external vendors or contractors for project-specific drawings.
• Provide technical guidance and insight during project planning and review meetings.
• Optimize designs for manufacturability, construction feasibility, and cost efficiency.
• Conduct quality checks and cross-references to ensure drawing accuracy and completion.
• Stay current with industry advancements, drafting software, and best practices.
• Assist in the training of junior draughtsman staff members and interns.

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Drafting, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or other industry-standard drafting software.
• Strong understanding of technical drawing conventions and industry standards.
• Minimum of two years of experience in drafting within a professional setting.
• Ability to visualize and interpret designs in 2D and 3D formats effectively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for team collaboration.
• Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
