Accountabilities
System Administration: Oversee the Document Management System (DMS), ensuring compliance with workflows, resolving system issues, and maintaining data integrity.
Digital Platform Ownership: Manage departmental SharePoint and Power BI sites, including content management, user access, and site functionality.
Technical Support: Provide frontline support and training for internal users; escalate advanced technical issues to the Digital Systems Manager.
Access & Security: Maintain user accounts, access permissions, and system controls across internal and client-facing platforms.
Reporting & Analytics: Generate reports, dashboards, and performance metrics to support decision-making and compliance monitoring.
Process Optimization: Collaborate with colleagues to streamline documentation workflows, automate processes, and identify opportunities for digital improvement.
Integration & Projects: Support the integration of third-party software and contribute to departmental digital transformation initiatives.
Administrative Support: Assist with departmental record-keeping, KPI/SPIs analysis, and general administrative tasks.
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Data Analytics, or a related field.
Minimum 4 years of relevant experience, preferably within aviation or a regulated environment.
Proficiency in MS Office applications, including advanced use of Power BI.
Familiarity with documentation management systems and digital workflows.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and time management abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple priorities.
