Distribution Controller - Meta

Job Description

The Distribution Controller Meta plays a key role within the Distribution team, responsible for driving the airline’s presence, performance, and profitability across metasearch platforms. This role ensures the effective execution of distribution strategies, optimizes visibility and conversion across channels, and supports the airline’s broader commercial and digital objectives through data-driven performance management and strategic partnerships.

Accountabilities

• Lead the day-to-day management of the metasearch portfolio to execute the digital strategy and roadmap, focusing on achieving incremental revenue growth by growing referrals and maximizing ROI.
• Identify, analyze, and capitalize on new and existing opportunities within core metasearch listings to enhance market reach, competitiveness, and booking performance.
• Stengthen and nurture existing relationships with key metasearch partners.
• Identifying and onboarding new strategic partners to ensure consistent brand presence and performance across all relevant global and regional platforms.
• Collaborate with internal technical, commercial, and marketing teams to identify and implement data, pricing, and feed optimization initiatives.
• Ensure seamless system integration with metasearch platforms to enhance visibility, accuracy, and conversion rates.
• Monitor key performance metrics like fare accuracy, participation rate & utilize partner market insights to provide actionable insights thereby improving outcomes.
• Audit, reconcile, and process partner invoices with strict adherence to contractual and financial governance standards.
  
  

Qualifications

• A passionate, energetic individual who has excellent understanding of comparison-shopping websites and Meta/OTA
• A bachelor’s degree with minimum 4 years of hands-on experience managing metasearch or OTA portfolio and historically handled multimillion dollar metasearch/OTA regional/global portfolios with direct responsibility of revenue targets.
• Strong technical understanding of the systems and integration for optimal metasearch setup.
