We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic-minded Director of Revenue to join our team. As the Director of Revenue, you will be responsible for developing and implementing revenue management strategies to optimize sales and profitability. A Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is required, with at least 5 years of relevant experience in revenue management or a similar role. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic revenue generation plans and targets for the organization.
  • Lead and manage the revenue generation team to optimize sales performance and achieve revenue goals.
  • Analyze market trends and competition to identify new business opportunities for revenue growth.
  • Evaluate pricing strategies and recommend adjustments to maximize profitability.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align revenue generation strategies with overall business goals.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to revenue generation activities.
  • Manage relationships with key customers and partners to drive revenue growth and retention.
  • Stay current on industry best practices and technologies related to revenue optimization.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in revenue generation activities.
  • Prepare and present revenue forecasts and budget proposals to senior management for review and approval.


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Director of Revenue or similar role in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and trends.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively manage a team.
  • In-depth knowledge of revenue management strategies and techniques.
