Director Of AI

We are seeking a Director of AI to drive enterprise-wide strategy and digital transformation initiatives. This is a high-impact leadership role, working closely with executive leadership to shape and deliver cutting-edge AI solutions that create real business value.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the organisation’s AI strategy aligned to business objectives

• Lead end-to-end delivery of AI initiatives (from concept through to deployment and optimisation)

• Build and mentor high-performing AI and applications teams

• Identify opportunities to leverage AI, automation, and advanced analytics across business functions

• Establish AI governance frameworks, ensuring responsible, secure, and compliant use of data and technology

• Drive adoption of AI-driven solutions and champion an innovation-first culture

• Develop business cases, ROI models, and executive-level reporting for AI investments

• Manage relationships with technology partners, vendors, and external stakeholders

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in AI, data science, digital transformation, or automation

• Proven track record delivering large-scale AI/ML solutions with measurable business impact

• Strong understanding of AI technologies (Machine Learning, NLP, Computer Vision, Generative AI)

• Experience leading and scaling technical teams

• Strong commercial mindset with the ability to translate technology into business value

• Degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field (preferred)

• Cloud/AI certifications (AWS, Azure, GCP, ML Ops) are advantageous
