Youll have a team of 70 and report directly to the Hotel Manager

This role is responsible for public areas, rooms, apartments and outdoor areas. Laundry is also managed by housekeeping.

Who Were Looking For

6+ years 5 star hotel experience as a Director of Housekeeping - Essential

Technically ability to understand all surface/ floor / furnishing types, light fittings and clean as appropriate - Essential

Experience of managing large teams of 50 + - Essential

Experience of applying / understanding Risk assessments / HS/ compliance - Essential

Track record of increasing guest satisfaction stats with a focus on quality - Essential

Excellent attention to detail, organised and an ability to see beyond - Essential

Track record of implementing an annual cyclical cleaning programme - Essential

Ability to work within budget constraints and prepare financial / manning reports - Essential
