Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute directional drilling operations to achieve targeted well trajectories.
• Operate and monitor directional drilling equipment and adjust parameters as required.
• Troubleshoot drilling equipment and operational challenges.
• Monitor drilling data and maintain accurate operational records.
• Collaborate with drilling engineers and teams to optimize well performance and reduce costs.
• Follow all HSE/QHSE standards and participate in continuous improvement activities.
• Work effectively in remote locations and high-pressure environments.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: 5–10 years in drilling operations.
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering Technology, Earth Sciences, or related field.
• Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of drilling operations, BHA, drill strings, drilling fluids, pressure control.
• Software: Knowledge of drilling and well design software, including wellbore positioning and anti-collision tools.
• Languages: Fluent English required; Arabic is an advantage.
• Key Skills: Problem-solving, teamwork, adaptability, communication, and strong QHSE awareness.
