Job Description

The Direct Sales Executive plays a pivotal role in driving the company's revenue growth by generating leads, nurturing customer relationships, and closing sales deals. The Direct Sales Executive will work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets and proactively seek out new business opportunities. Responsibilities

  • Actively pursue and generate new sales leads to drive business growth.
  • Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company.
  • Identify customer needs and provide tailored product solutions to meet those needs.
  • Attend networking events and industry exhibitions to promote the company brand.
  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts to sales management.
  • Negotiate contract terms and pricing agreements with customers.
  • Provide detailed and accurate sales information for management decision-making.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market changes, and competitor activities.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and address customer queries promptly.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in direct sales, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills are required.
  • Strong ability to create and deliver client-focused solutions effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed set sales targets and objectives.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications is necessary.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend events.
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
