Job Description

A Direct Sales Executive is responsible for promoting and selling products or services directly to customers without the use of intermediaries. This role involves devising sales strategies, understanding the customers' needs, and securing sales. The Direct Sales Executive must possess strong communication and negotiation skills to effectively convince potential customers to make a purchase. Additionally, the role requires a good understanding of the market and the ability to respond quickly to customer inquiries. Responsibilities

  • Negotiate terms and close sales deals with customers professionally.

  • Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction post-sale.
  • Track sales metrics and report results to the management regularly.
  • Participate in trade shows, conferences, and networking events to generate leads.
  • Continuously update knowledge about products, services, and market trends.
  • Follow up on leads and convert them into active customers consistently.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in direct sales or B2B environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are critical for success.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a successful track record in sales closing.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and meet sales targets.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other digital sales tools is advantageous.
  • Willingness to travel regularly for client meetings and industry events.
  • Well-organized with exceptional time management skills to handle multiple tasks.
