Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase online visibility.
  • Create engaging content for various digital platforms to attract and retain audience interest.
  • Manage and optimize SEO/SEM strategies to improve search engine rankings and web traffic.
  • Monitor and analyze web analytics and key performance indicators to inform strategy adjustments.
  • Oversee and execute email marketing campaigns to drive engagement and conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with design and content teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging across channels.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing and social media.
  • Coordinate and manage paid media campaigns, including Google Ads and Facebook advertising.
  • Conduct competitive research to identify opportunities and optimize campaigns accordingly.
  • Provide regular reports and insights on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Manage and grow social media presence across platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
  • Develop and maintain partnerships with key influencers and digital content creators.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is required.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing or a similar role with measurable outcomes.
  • In-depth knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, and CRM software applications.
  • Strong creative and analytical skills with an ability to interpret data meaningfully.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to convey complex information effectively.
  • Proficient in using social media management tools and platforms for brand promotion.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with web design and content management systems is an added advantage.
