Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team at 29N25. This individual will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote our company's products and services. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution. As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will work closely with internal teams, external partners, and other marketing professionals to ensure all digital marketing efforts align with the overall business goals. Your role will be pivotal in enhancing our brand awareness, driving web traffic, and encouraging product adoption. We are looking for a strategic thinker who is not afraid to innovate and bring creative solutions to the table.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across various digital channels.
  • Oversee the social media strategy and increase brand presence on all platforms.
  • Manage the company's website, ensuring content is up to date and relevant.
  • Analyze digital data to draw key recommendations around website optimization.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns.
  • Coordinate with the design team to produce engaging content for campaigns.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure brand consistency across all channels.
  • Identify trends and insights to optimize spend and performance based on data analytics.
  • Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
  • Evaluate emerging digital marketing trends, provide thought leadership, and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
  • Create and execute SEO strategies to improve website ranking on major search engines.
  • Manage team of marketing professionals by providing guidance, feedback, and training.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field is required.
  • Proven working experience of 3-5 years in digital marketing management.
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences digitally.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking are essential for success.
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools like Google Analytics is preferred.
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Content Management Systems (CMS) like WordPress is required.
