The Culinary team at Rosewood Abu Dhabi is dedicated to delivering exceptional dining experiences through creativity, precision, and craftsmanship. Across our restaurants, lounges, banqueting operations, and in-room dining venues, the team works collaboratively to create memorable culinary moments while maintaining the highest standards of quality and consistency.

As a Demi Chef de Partie, you will report to the Junior Sous Chef and support the operation of your assigned kitchen section while contributing to the success of the culinary brigade.

As a Demi Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for supporting the daily operation of your assigned kitchen section, ensuring food is prepared, presented, and served according to Rosewood culinary standards.

You will play a key role in maintaining food quality, safety, and operational efficiency while supporting kitchen leadership and helping to create exceptional dining experiences for our guests.

• Support the day-to-day operation of an assigned kitchen section, ensuring readiness for all service periods
• Prepare and present dishes according to established recipes, quality standards, and presentation guidelines
• Maintain the highest standards of food safety, sanitation, hygiene, and workplace organization
• Monitor product quality, portion control, and proper storage of ingredients and prepared items
• Assist with the maintenance and cleanliness of kitchen equipment and food preparation areas
• Contribute to a safe, efficient, and collaborative kitchen environment while supporting operational objectives
  

• You have experience working in a professional culinary environment, preferably within a luxury hotel or quality-focused restaurant
• You are passionate about food, culinary techniques, and delivering memorable guest experiences
• You possess strong knowledge of food preparation, presentation, and food safety standards
• You are organized, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• You demonstrate strong teamwork skills and are eager to continue developing your culinary expertise
• You communicate effectively in English; additional language skills are an advantage
